Windows Scripting Host definition - hacker
Developed to provide a system-wide environment to assist in automating tasks common to all Windows systems with a 32-bit architecture. WSH is a part of the Windows microcosm known as Windows Script; within Microsoft, technologies such as the Windows Script Engine, COM Automation, VBScript, JScript, and the Windows Script Components (formerly called scriptlets) are included.
