Warchalkers or Wibos
Warchalkers or Wibos definition - hacker
Computer enthusiasts who mark zones where there
are active but unsecure Wireless access points. This name was given to them
because of the marking of “hotspots”—an earlier practice employed by hobos
during the Depression in the 1930s. Then, hobos would mark houses and
establishments offering food or work for survival.
