User Account and User Manager

User Account and User Manager definition - hacker
An operating system data object containing information identifying a user to operating systems. A user account, for example, has the userÂ’s name and password, the user accountÂ’s group memberships, and the userÂ’s rights and permissions for accessing the system and its resources.

A user manager is an operating system utility enabling those having administrative privileges to define user accounts and relevant privileges and to change them when necessary.
