U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency definition - hacker
A combat support office tasked with acquiring, engineering, planning, and supporting global Internet-centric solutions. It operates the Defense Information System Network, which serves the information needs of the U.S. President, the Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and the Department of Defense. This agency works in times of peace and war to provide for the defense of the United States.
