Superuser Privileges or Administrative Privileges definition - hacker
An account with all wheel bits on. “Wheel” is the name of security group zero in Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD), to which the primary system internal users belong. Some vendors have modified UNIX so that only members of group “wheel” can have root privileges.
