Secure HTTP

Secure HTTP definition - hacker
Abbreviated S-HTTP. Developed in 1995 and extends the HTTP protocol, having as its primary function the transmitting of data in a secure way over the World Wide Web. Not all Internet browsers and servers understand S-HTTP.
