Poulsen, Kevin definition - hacker
In 1988, Kevin Poulsen was indicted in the United States on phone tampering charges. He took over all the telephone lines going into radio station KIIS-FM, assuring that he would be the 102nd caller and thus the winner of a Porsche 944 S2. He pleaded guilty to the charges.
