Internet Usage Policy definition - hacker
Companies, government agencies, medical
institutions, and universities and colleges typically have Internet users sign
a required Internet Usage Policy
form to make users accountable for their online activities. Such a form may
look similar to that shown in Figure 9-3.
There is usually a form for the supervisor to sign (see Figure 9-4).
