Black Net
Black Net definition - hacker
A “Black Net” is a theoretical term used to indicate an online
marketplace where information can be bought and sold in an anonymous and
totally secure fashion. Though cryptographers suggest that such an anonymous, secure marketplace could
actually exist in the future, it currently is believed not to exist.
