Black Net

Black Net definition - hacker
A “Black Net” is a theoretical term used to indicate an online marketplace where information can be bought and sold in an anonymous and totally secure fashion. Though cryptographers suggest that such an anonymous, secure marketplace could actually exist in the future, it currently is believed not to exist.
