Black Equipment Area definition - hacker
Black and red are code words used by military agents regarding security issues. Black indicates a zone with potential exposure to risky or hostile elements, whereas red indicates a safe or protected zone. Consistent with this terminology, a black equipment area is one in which unsecured equipment is found.
