Axis of Evil or Terrorist-Sponsoring Nations definition - hacker
Dubbed “the axis of evil” by President George W. Bush, as of 2002, the United States Department of State has listed what the United States deems to be seven designated state sponsors of terrorism: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Syria, and Sudan. According to the U.S. government, these countries have been identified as sponsoring terrorist organizations and providing them with weapons and high-­technology products for plotting and executing their violent operations against targeted nations.
