unissued stock definition - finance
Corporate stock that has been authorized to be issued by the board but has not yet been issued. This stock is listed on a companyÂ’s balance sheet. Unissued stocks are available to be given as needed to employees for stock options, rights, or warrants. Dividends are not paid on unissued stock and donÂ’t have voting rights.
