A Federal Reserve rule that implements the requirements of the Truth in Lending Act, also known as the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Regula-tion Z outlines a uniform method lenders must use to present the cost of credit, disclose credit terms, and resolve errors on some types of credit accounts.
