OTC Bulletin Board definition - finance
An over-the-counter market used to trade stocks of small or financially risky companies. Another OTC market is Pink Sheets. In 2003, a new system, the Bulletin Board Exchange (BBX), is to begin replacing the OTCBB. See also over-the-counter.
