operating free cash flow
operating free cash flow definition - finance
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation, and amortization) minus total capital spending. The term is
frequently used by Wall Street analysts who often will customize the number to
make it useful for their own comparisons. Operating free cash flow is popular
because it shows how much cash from operations is available to cover a
companyÂ’s interest payments.
