operating free cash flow definition - finance
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) minus total capital spending. The term is frequently used by Wall Street analysts who often will customize the number to make it useful for their own comparisons. Operating free cash flow is popular because it shows how much cash from operations is available to cover a companyÂ’s interest payments.
