net interest cost definition - finance
The
total expense that a bond issuer will end up paying in order to issue debt
securities. The net interest costs includes the interest payments, sales
charges to underwriters, and any premiums paid. Underwriters who can offer the
lowest net interest costs to the issuer often win the business.
