Milan MIB 30 definition - finance
A market capitalization-weighted index of the 30 top Italian companies traded on the Milan Stock Exchange. It had a base value of 10,000 on December 31, 1992. This index is revised twice a year, typically in March and September, based on companiesÂ’ liquidity and market capitalization.
