eurobond definition - finance
A U.S.-dollar denominated bond, or a bond of another currency, that is issued and traded outside of the country whose currency is used. Typically it is a bond that is issued by a non-European company for sale and trade in Europe. An example of a eurobond is a bond issued by a Russian corporation in the European market that pays interest and principal in U.S. dollars.
