The Securities and Exchange CommissionÂ’s electronic system for receiving, organizing, and electronically dissem-
inating corporate information, such as quarterly and annual financial statements, securities filings, and other disclosure documents. EDGAR stands for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval. EDGAR filings can be found on the SECÂ’s web page, www.sec.gov.
