dual listing definition - finance
Listing the stock of a company on more than one exchange. Stocks may be listed on one of the major stock exchanges, such as the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, or the NASDAQ stock market, along with one of the regional stock exchanges, such as the Pacific Stock Exchange. Companies may also list their stock on foreign exchanges as well as domestic exchanges.
