Also
called DK, slang for “don’t know the trade,” a Wall Street phrase that is used
when one party doesnÂ’t have any knowledge of a trade or has received conflicting
information from another trader. Sometimes brokers in an open-outcry trading
pit may not recognize each otherÂ’s trades, especially in a volatile futures
market.
