Big Four

Big Four definition - finance
The four largest U.S. accounting firms. They are Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG International, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The Big Four once were the Big Six, and before that the Big Eight, but mergers have reduced the number of competitors.
