B share

B share definition - finance
  1. A type of mutual fund share that has a back-end load, a sales charge that is deferred until the money is withdrawn. Mutual fund shares also have other classes of shares with different fee structures.
  2. A Chinese stock share that can be purchased by foreign investors.
  3. A type of corporate stock. The characteristics of these class B shares will vary among each company.
