10-K definition - finance
The name of the annual report that public companies must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This report includes a thorough explanation of the companyÂ’s business, along with an income statement and balance sheet for the year. The 10-K report is due 90 days after the end of the companyÂ’s fiscal year.
