Wolfram Alpha
See WolframAlpha.
A computational search engine that provides statistics for all major disciplines. Developed by Stephen Wolfram, inventor of the Mathematica software, WolframAlpha differs from major search engines in that it returns a fixed set of answers for queries rather than countless articles that contain the keywords. Launched in 2009, WolframAlpha.com is designed to return statistics and mathematical data about a subject rather than narrations, opinions and explanations. For example, searching for "IBM" returns the current stock price and other financial data about the company.
