VOFDM definition - computer

(Vector Orthogonal FDM) A radio frequency technology that enables a wireless connection to provide the same performance as a cable modem. Known to be reliable in areas with a lot of interference, VOFDM was developed and supported as an open standard for wireless broadband Internet services by Cisco and other communications vendors.
