Visual Smalltalk
An earlier application development environment for Smalltalk for Windows and OS/2 from the now-defunct ObjectShare, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA. It evolved out of the first commercial release of Smalltalk, known as Methods from Digitalk in 1983 (Digitalk and ParcPlace merged in 1995). Renamed Smalltalk/V in the late 1980s and then Visual Smalltalk in the early 1990s, Visual Smalltalk Enterprise also included version control. See Smalltalk and VisualWorks.
