V.27ter definition - computer

An ITU standard (1976) for synchronous 2,400 and 4,800 bps half-duplex modems using DPSK modulation on dial-up lines. It includes an optional 75 bps back channel. V.27ter is used in Group 3 fax transmission without the back channel.
