US ISPA definition - computer

(United States Internet Service Provider Association, Washington, DC, www.usispa.org) The successor organization to the Commercial Internet Exchange Association (CIX). It was created in 2002 to provide legal counsel on federal policy issues that affect national ISPs. Founding members included America Online, Earthlink, Verizon and MCI. See CIX.
