Program Manager

Program Manager uses resizable windows so you can group program icons to suit your work style. The individual icons at the bottom of the screen are minimized group windows. Many users find program launching easier with Program Manager than with the Start menu, and Program Manager was still available as an option in Windows 95/98, NT 4.0 and 2000.
