Postalsoft definition - computer

A family of programs for Unix and Windows platforms from Busines Objects that provides mail automation and management. Since 1984, Postalsoft programs have been used to create mailing labels, correct addresses, assign postal codes and consolidate mailing lists (merge/purge). Founded as Postalsoft, Inc. and renamed Firstlogic, Inc. for many years, the company was acquired by Business Objects in 2006. See i.d.Centric.
