PenPoint definition - computer

An operating system developed by Go Corporation, Foster City, CA, that was designed for handwritten input. The direction, speed and order of the user's pen strokes were analyzed for recognition. Despite technologists' praise, the concept did not catch on with consumers at the time. See NUI.
