OM1 definition - computer

(Open MPEG-1) A programming interface developed by the Open PC MPEG Consortium for interactive MPEG-1 titles. It provides a common set of commands for programming interactive games that are compressed under MPEG. OM1 is based on Sigma Design's RealMagic MPEG-1 board and has become a de facto standard.
