object references definition - computer

To learn about object technology, two excellent easy-to-read books on the subject are David Taylor's "Object-Oriented Technology: A Manager's Guide" (Addison-Wesley ISBN 0-201-56358-4) and "Business Engineering with Object Technology" (Wiley ISBN 0-471-04521-7). These are excellent starter books.

For more in-depth analysis, also read "Object-Oriented Analysis and Design" by Grady Booch (Benjamin Cummings ISBN 0-8053-5340-2) and "Object-Oriented Modeling and Design" by James Rumbaugh, et al (Prentice-Hall, ISBN 0-13-629841-0).
