MARK IX

MARK IX definition - computer

An application generator originally from Sterling Software that ran on IBM mainframes and desktop computers. It stemmed from MARK IV, the first report writer to use fill-in-the-blanks forms. MARK V was a subsequent online version. Sterling was acquired by CA in 2000.
