Earlier forms software for DOS, Windows and Mac from the JetForm Corporation, Waltham, MA. JetForm provided on-screen forms creation, routing and tracking for workflow systems. In 2001, the company changed its name to Accelio Corporation, which was acquired by Adobe in 2002. JetForm bolstered Adobe's ability to provide Web-enabled solutions for customers that use electronic forms.
