ISP-based payment service definition - computer

A Web payment service that uses third-party ISPs to provide the billing for customer purchases. The advantage to an ISP-based service is that as soon as the ISP supports it, all of its customers can make purchases on the Web. See iPIN, WISP and Web payment service.
