(2) (Internet Research Group, Los Altos, CA, www.irgintl.com) A research and consulting firm founded in 1993 that specializes in developing business strategies for Internet-related companies. In 1997, its research and publishing division was formed to provide in-depth reports and analysis of the market. The IRG team renamed itself the FactPoint Group in 2001, continuing its focus on helping clients sell and adopt new technology.
