(2) Internet access delivered to a TV set via a set-top box with a keyboard and mouse that connects to an analog modem and telephone line or to a broadband line. Designed for viewing on an interlaced TV screen, the first such service was WebTV (later MSN TV) See MSN TV and net-top box.
