installable ISAM definition - computer

A package that installs the ISAM access method for Microsoft's Jet database engine, which is used by Access 97. Without the ISAM driver, Access cannot import, export and link to non-Access databases such as dBASE, FoxPro and Paradox. See ISAM and Jet.
