i.d.Centric definition - computer

An earlier family of programs for Unix and Windows platforms from Firstlogic, Inc., La Crosse, WI (www.firstlogic.com) that enhanced data quality in existing databases. It included programs that standardized address conventions and made names and addresses consistent across databases as well as added demographic information to customer records and other databases. The i.d.Centric technology was absorbed into Firstlogic's IQ8 Integration Studio software. See Postalsoft.
