Hercules Graphics definition - computer

An earlier de facto standard monochrome display adapter for PCs, which provided a graphics and text resolution of 720x348 pixels. IBM's monochrome display adapter displayed only text, and Hercules Computer Technology introduced its product in 1982 to fill the void.
