FC connector

FC connector definition - computer

A fiber-optic cable connector that uses a threaded plug and socket. For bi-directional transmission, two fiber cables and two FC connectors are generally used. FC is specified by the TIA as FOCIS-4. See fiber-optic connectors and FOCIS.
