EDRAM
(1) (Enhanced DRAM) A high-speed DRAM chip developed by Ramtron International Corporation, Colorado Springs, CO. It allowed overlap of a read at the trailing end of a write operation to obtain its speed.
(2) (Enhanced DRAM) A dynamic RAM memory that contains a small amount of static RAM. Same as CDRAM.
