Drafix CAD definition - computer

An earlier family of 2D and 3D CAD packages for Windows from Autodesk that featured professional functions and provided constant on-screen information during drawing. Acquired by Autodesk when it purchased Softdesk Drafix, the product line was eventually absorbed by Autodesk's flagship software, AutoCAD.
