DigiBoard definition - computer

A variety of modem and fax boards from Digi International, Minnetonka, MN (www.digi.com) that were used to increase the serial port density on a remote access server. DigiBoards are older products that have been replaced, but users may still refer to remote access products from the company as digiboards or digicards.
