DDWG
(Digital Display Working Group) An organization devoted to standardizing a digital interface to flat panel displays. Formed in 1998 by Intel, Compaq, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, NEC and Silicon Image, it introduced its Digital Visual Interface (DVI) in early 1999. See DVI and flat panel display.
