D&B Software
(Dun & Bradstreet Software, Atlanta, GA, division of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation) D&B Software was formed in 1990 as a merger of Management Science America (MSA), founded in 1963 to provide textile consulting services, and McCormack & Dodge, a packaged financial software firm founded in 1969 and later acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. The company was acquired by Geac Computer Corporation in 1996 and became the Geac Host Technologies and Geac SmartStream divisions of the company. See Geac.
