CHARGECARD
An earlier hardware memory manager for 286s from ALL Computers Inc., Toronto, Ontario. It turned extended memory into EMS and used high memory (640-1024K) for drivers and TSRs. The 286 chip was removed, plugged into the CHARGECARD and put back into the socket.
