CCXML definition - computer

(Call Control XML) An XML-based control language for call centers. CCXML is used to control telephony functions such as making calls, accepting and routing calls to agents and putting callers on hold. It is used in conjunction with VoiceXML, which defines the actual voice interactions between the system and the user. See VoiceXML.
